‘It's a lie, I never got money’: supervisor arrested and accused of selling work visas in Texas

Employees and former employees at the potato producer Larsen Farms said José Ramón Huaracha charged Mexican workers more than $1,000 to receive an H2A visa. During an April 24 interview with Univision, Huaracha denied the allegations. In July, he was arrested for fraud in the hiring of foreign workers.
